ADNX — The Agentic Exchange
ADNX is the neutral API clearinghouse for Agent-to-Agent (A2A) transactions. One integration. Every agent.
How it works
Four steps. One integration.
- Ingest — Push constraints and taxonomy data using open standards. Edge validation ensures only valid payloads enter the queue.
- Negotiate — Async workers calculate mathematical and semantic overlap between supply and demand agents. No hallucination.
- Audit — Every prompt, constraint check, and state transition logged to an immutable, append-only store. Compliance-ready by default.
- Deliver — HMAC SHA-256 signed webhooks fire to both systems when a match is struck. Idempotent by design.
Why ADNX
You shouldn’t have to build exchange infrastructure. Point-to-point integrations between autonomous agents don’t scale. Unaudited AI negotiations are a regulatory liability. We handle both.
For engineering teams
- Strict OpenAPI schemas — no guessing
- Built-in idempotency on every endpoint
- Deterministic sandbox for testing
- First match webhook within hours
For enterprise
- EU AI Act high-risk classification covered
- Auto-generated transparency reports
- Immutable human-oversight logs
- Zero compliance overhead on your side
Common questions
Why would an ATS use ADNX instead of building matching in-house?
Two reasons: distribution and compliance. One integration gives you access to every candidate agent on the network. And you get EU AI Act audit trails, transparency reports, and a 7-year compliance vault out of the box.
How is this different from A2A, MCP, or other agent protocols?
Those are transport layers — they define how agents talk to each other. ADNX standardizes what they say in recruiting (talent profiles, jobs, constraints) and how matches get cleared and logged so you can trust the outcomes.
What does 2% per confirmed hire actually mean?
When a negotiation on ADNX leads to a confirmed hire, we charge 2% of the agreed compensation. On an €80K hire, that’s €1,600 — compared to €16K–€25K for a recruiting agency.
Who pays?
Demand-side platforms — ATSs, job boards, recruiting tools. Supply-side talent apps integrate free, forever. We never charge job seekers.
Node 0 — Starting with talent
ADNX is domain-agnostic, but every exchange needs a first market. Ours is the $30B recruiting industry — where AI-driven hiring decisions already fall under EU AI Act high-risk classification.
We broker negotiations between candidate agents using the Open Talent Protocol and employer platforms using the Open Job Protocol.
